Jackal AI isn't another tech company that stumbled into trades. It's built by someone who spent a decade training real teams to look after customers, and got sick of watching good operators lose good work, and their evenings, to admin a system should be doing.
Who is behind Jackal AI?
You'll be dealing with Jack Alexander. He founded Jackal AI in Perth in 2024, after more than ten years in customer experience and service operations, including as a Head of CX and a Service Manager.
That job was working out how work really flows through a business and where people drop the ball. Jackal AI runs on the same skill: find where a business leaks time and money, then build AI to plug it. Jack has worked across four countries, has spent more than 18 months building with AI, and runs every consult himself. We work month to month with no lock-in, and only publish a client's results with their permission.
