Jack brings a decade of experience in tech, marketing, and customer experience — training teams, building systems, and fixing broken processes across four countries. He's been Head of CX, Service Manager, agency owner, and the person businesses call when customers are slipping through the cracks. That background means he doesn't just understand the tech — he understands people. What makes someone trust a voice on the phone, what makes them hang up, and what turns a missed call into a booked job.
With over 18 months building in the AI space and a graduate of Liam Ottley's 6-Month AI Accelerator Program, Jack didn't start Jackal AI because AI is trendy. He built it because he got sick of watching good operators lose good work to a problem that shouldn't exist anymore.
